CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Krystal Company announced today that its new, state-of-the-art Krystal restaurant in Burleson, Texas will officially open its doors at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 24. The opening day celebration will include the personal delivery of Krystal’s 78-year old Secret Recipe by a Krystal representative to the Krystal kitchen before the first customer is served.
Located at 210 SW Wilshire, the new Burleson restaurant marks the fourth Krystal location in the DFW Metroplex area and will operate under the guidance of established Krystal franchise partner, MAHS, Inc. This will be the second location for MAHS Inc. owner Mohamad Soueid, who also operates the Grand Prairie Krystal restaurant in Texas.
“We’re thrilled to share Krystal’s big taste menu items with the city of Burleson. And to show our enthusiasm, we’ve scheduled a special delivery for Krystal’s secret recipe to be dropped off the morning of opening day!” said Mohommed Soueid, Owner of MAHS, Inc. Franchise Group. “There has been a tremendous amount of excitement building for this new location and we are delighted to finally give local Burleson Krystal lovers a Krystal all of their own.”
Just in time for summer, the Burleson restaurant will highlight some of the fast food icon’s new menu items that are sure to cool guests down while temperatures heat up. The Krystal Blitz, the industry’s first branded energy drink that comes made-to-order “Frozen” or “On The Rocks” in a refreshing Lemon Berry flavor; Krystal Freezes, the company’s frozen slush drink featuring pure-cane sugar and natural flavorings; and MilkQuakes, a line of real ice cream milkshakes made with premium, all-natural ingredients, are just a few of the refreshing options for guests during the hot summer months.
The restaurant will also offer its full line-up of signature products that are distinctive in size and shape, delivered fresh and perfect for anytime of the day. Among these popular items includes the famous Krystal Burger, served hot off the grill with fresh onions and topped with mustard and a pickle; the Krystal Chik, made with 100% whole breast chicken filet and served on the famous small, square bun; the Krystal Pup, a Krystal-sized hot dog served with or without chili; and Breakfast Scramblers, a line-up of traditional plate breakfasts stacked smartly in a bowl and conveniently enjoyed scrambled up or layer by layer.
The restaurant will feature advanced drive-thru ordering technology, credit card and debit payment options and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Guests dining in at the new Krystal will enjoy a fresh interior design that pays tribute to the traditional Krystal look while showcasing the company’s modern, new image. The interior spaces are bright and shiny, harking back to Krystal’s heritage with white tile, chrome, shiny stainless steel, and very clean, contemporary appearances.
