KRYSTAL “SHAKES” UP MORNING COFFEE WITH ESPRESSO FLAVORED MILKSHAKE

Java Cream Milkquake™ Offers Breakfast Customers A “Cool” Way to Kick Start Their Day

Chattanooga, Tenn. –  For those tired of their same old morning coffee routine, fast food icon Krystal is ready to shake things up with the introduction of its new Java Cream Milkquake ™.  Featuring rich, premium ice cream and espresso flavored pure-cane syrup, the thick and all natural milkshake will be available for a limited time beginning February 4.

Individually made to order, the new Java Cream Milkquake is an easy and unique way for breakfast customers to enjoy the great taste of coffee while on-the-go; much like Krystal’s signature breakfast menu item the Breakfast Scrambler, which takes a traditional breakfast plate and stacks each menu item in a convenient, easy to carry bowl that can be enjoyed either scrambled up or devoured layer by layer.

“For years we’ve offered our customers unique breakfast items that not only taste great, but are easy to enjoy on-the-go,” said Brad Wahl, vice president of marketing, The Krystal Compay.  “Just think, with a Java Cream Milkquake you can still enjoy the taste of your morning coffee without having to worry about spilling a hot drink in your lap as you battle traffic.”

Krystal’s new Java Cream Milkquake is made with real flavors and all natural ingredients including premium vanilla ice cream flavored with espresso pure-cane syrup.  The Java Cream MilkQuake is served in a 20 oz. cup at the suggested price of $2.79.

Coupons for a free Java Cream Milkquake with the purchase of any breakfast combo meal are also available on the company’s official MySpace page at www.myspace.com/krystalloverslounge.
