To Our Krystal Guests,
At Krystal® we’re committed to the health and safety of our guest and team members. We take the potential impact of COVID-19 very seriously and we are working to protect our guests and employees. We already follow strict local public health guidelines but are taking extra precautions. Our owners and operators are staying in contact with local health officials for the latest advisories, as well as following guidance from ServSafe and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
In addition to our normal high standards of cleanliness, our team members are taking additional precautionary steps to increase the frequency of the cleaning and disinfecting happening in their restaurants. We are reminding staff members to wash their hands more frequently and we’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution.
In an effort to help contain the further spread of COVID-19 and align with evolving guidance from federal and local health officials, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close our dining rooms and adjust our hours.
Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, every corporate Krystal restaurant will follow operating hours of 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight, drive thru and delivery only, until further notice.
Again, during this time, our restaurants are open and ready to serve you through our drive thrus. For those interested in getting Krystal delivered to your home, Krystal is available for delivery through UberEATS®, DoorDash® and Grubhub®.
Providing the best experience for guests and team members is the highest priority for us and we’ll continue to diligently work to protect everyone who visits us. Like all of you, we’re closely monitoring this evolving situation and it is our sincerest hope that all our Krystal family, team members and guests, stay healthy and safe during these challenging times.
